When you use my services to make your purchase, I will not charge you a fee. Although
my services are not free, it is custom for the Seller to pay the commission. This
fee varies greatly from property to property. No matter what the Seller is paying,
you as a buyer, will not have to pay extra. In fact
upon the successful purchase of your home, I will pay you $1000 for having used my services.
